Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years experience with large-scale cooking, food preparation and serving.
• Minimum 1 year of food production supervision.
• ServSafe Manager Certificate or equivalent; must obtain certification if required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper food preparation for meals (breakfast and lunch).
• Order food as directed by supervisor.
• Maintain logs (HAACP, refrigeration, receiving, cooking, temperature).
• Keep accurate daily kitchen records and production documents.
• Maintain kitchen and food safety per health department rules and district policies.
• Assist in daily cleaning of dishes, equipment and work areas.
• Operate cash register and handle cash-related tasks as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
