Elior Independent School Dining is seeking an experienced cook to join our fast-paced kitchen at The John Carroll School in Maryland. You will work with a motivated team to prepare and present high-quality meals, ensuring accuracy in portions and adherence to recipes and safety standards.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of culinary experience in scratch cooking and can manage multiple tasks efficiently in a high-volume setting.

Qualifications

• At least one year's prior culinary experience in a quality and high-volume establishment with an emphasis on scratch cooking.
• Working knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques, and standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to use various kitchen equipment and tools and identify/differentiate food items.
• Customer service experience is required.
