Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to read and follow recipes accurately.
• Understanding of food safety guidelines and HACCP principles.
• Knowledge of kitchen equipment and basic math for measurements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in food preparation following recipes and instructions.
• Wash dishes and clean kitchen areas; operate dishwashing equipment.
• Monitor food and beverage temperatures; report unsafe temps to supervisor.
• Serve food on the serving line and assemble utensils as needed.
• Stock storerooms, unpack items, and manage inventory tasks.
• Maintain HACCP compliance and sanitation standards; attend trainings.
