Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in all areas of the campus kitchen including food preparation.
• Interact with staff, students, and visitors in a professional manner.
• Monitor temperature of food and report unsafe temperatures.

Skills

Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish

Ability to read and follow recipes

Ability to understand food preparation and safety instructions

Working knowledge of kitchen equipment
