Qualifications

• Demonstrates ability to lift up to 40 pounds; able to reach overhead.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food for serving such as fruits and vegetables as directed by supervision.
• Ensure an adult is stationed at the point of service.
• Keep workstations neat and orderly.
• Assist cook with keeping accurate recipes and information for substitutes.
• Follow HACCP and sanitation standards for handling raw foods.
• Prepare next day menu items and assist in ordering supplies.
