Responsibilities

• Monitor lines to record food purchases and collect monies.
• Clean utensils and work areas to maintain sanitary conditions.
• Cook food from scratch or prepared items to meet requirements.
• Inspect items and supplies for quantity and health standards.
• Lift up to 60 pounds occasionally during stocking and setup.
• Supervise a safe and sanitary kitchen and cafeteria areas.
• Move wheeled equipment up to 75 pounds as needed.
• Report equipment malfunctions to the unit manager.
• Respond to inquiries about meals and pricing.
