• Maintains cleaning and stocking of dining, kitchen, and storage areas.
• Stocks storage areas with various products.
• Cleans, sweeps, wipes down all dining, kitchen, or storage areas and floors.
• Removes garbage and sets up or breaks down tables and serving lines.
• Assists with large cleaning projects and coordinates with others.
• May prepare food or assist cooks as needed.
