Responsibilities

• Provide support for all district computer applications.
• Respond to calls, emails and requests for technical support; research and resolve issues.
• Install/repair hardware, software and peripherals; basic hardware maintenance.
• Create new images for PCs; setup hardware in networked environments.
• Train users in proper hardware/software use; maintain networked systems.
