Job summary

Boulder Valley School District seeks an IT Customer Service Technician to support teachers and staff with district hardware and software. You will install, operate, test, and maintain Chrome, Android, OSX, iOS and Windows devices, systems, and software.

You will be assigned to a team supporting a zone of schools either on site or remotely. Required: High school diploma, 3+ years in technology support, Colorado driver’s license, ITIL Foundation and Agile (within 2 years).

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years experience in Technology Support.
• ITIL Foundation Certification (must acquire within 2 years).
• Agile (must acquire within 2 years).
• Knowledge of repair techniques for Windows, Macintosh, Android, iOS, and Chrome OS.

Responsibilities

• Provide software assistance for teachers and staff on district-supported software.
• Diagnose Chromebook, MacBook, iPad, and PC hardware/software issues and initiate appropriate action.
• Troubleshoot networking/wireless/presentation/audio issues and support resolutions.
