Responsibilities

• Responds to internal and external customers in a timely, accurate, courteous manner.
• Troubleshoots and maintains district networks, workstations, peripherals, hardware and databases.
• Provides technical support for computer hardware and software applications to school or department personnel.
• Supports software configuration and assists users with district-approved software including e-mail, internet, and office productivity tools.
