Job summary

The Fort Thomas Independent Schools is seeking an HVAC Technician for a full‑time position to ensure all HVAC systems operate efficiently and safely across the district. Qualifications

• Must have 3-5 years of commercial or institutional HVAC experience.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain, diagnose, and repair district HVAC systems.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on HVAC and mechanical equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical, pneumatic, digital, and mechanical control systems.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance calls and comfort complaints.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and repair logs.

Education

High school diploma or GED

Technical training or trade school certification in HVAC

Journeyman HVAC license or equivalent certification
