Job summary

University Health Partners of Hawaii is seeking a Hawaii Keiki Health Technician to support school health services in Kailua. Under minimal supervision, you will coordinate screenings, promote wellness, collect data, and assist with health education.

The role involves virtual/in-person visits with a Nurse Practitioner (APRN) and may cover health rooms following HIDOE protocol. Requires HS diploma, BLS, and clinical experience; salary is $22.25/hour with full-time benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Certification in a health related field or relevant work experience.
• Current BLS Certification and clinical setting experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate school-wide health screenings with community partners.
• Support health and wellness promotion for students.
• Collect data and assist with disease surveillance.
• Cover health needs of students and assist the HK Nurse Practitioner.
• Data entry and health education as requested.
