Position Overview:

• Location: In-person
• Schedule: 8 am - 3 pm, Monday to Friday (School hours)
• Pay Rate: $34-38/hr
• Start date: ASAP

Responsibilities:

• Manage care for students with chronic conditions (e.g., asthma, diabetes) by coordinating with healthcare providers, teachers, and parents
• Provide first aid and emergency care
• Develop and implement emergency response plans and drills
• Maintain accurate, confidential health records
• Communicate with parents about their child's health and follow-up care
• Stand, walk, and sit for long periods; occasionally bend, crouch, and lift up to 40 pounds

Qualifications:

• IL state RN license
• CPR/BLS certification
• Current negative TB test
