The RN will provide daily health care, administer medications, maintain records, and develop individualized care plans, ensuring readiness for health emergencies and health education initiatives.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• Experience in school or pediatric settings preferred.
• Strong assessment, triage and communication abilities.
• Familiar with individualized healthcare plans and chronic conditions.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily health care and first aid to students and staff.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician instructions and policies.
• Maintain accurate health records of encounters and care.
• Develop and update individualized care plans for students with medical needs.
• Educate students and staff on health topics and wellness.
• Communicate health concerns to parents/guardians and coordinate care.
• Support health screenings, immunization tracking, and health education events.
• Contribute to COVID-19 and other health emergency protocols.
