Independent School District 15 is seeking an Educational Assistant to monitor and supervise students at St. Francis High School (9-12). The role requires ensuring student safety, enforcing school policies, and performing clerical tasks as needed.

The successful candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent and a Minnesota driver’s license. Position offers benefits and follows the Educational Assistant Work Agreement (Level II).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid MN Driver's License.
• Ability to communicate effectively with staff, students and the public.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and supervise students in hallways, lunches and common areas.
• Provide supervision when teachers are unavailable or substituting.
• Walk halls and monitor student activity during the day.
• Confer with teachers and staff regarding student issues.
• Perform general clerical and support tasks as required by district procedures.
