Job summary

Responsibilities

• Perform routine grounds maintenance duties as directed.
• Prune and trim trees, hedges, shrubs, and boundary fences as directed.
• Operate hedge trimmer, hand and power tools and snow removal equipment; make routine adjustments and minor repairs to equipment.
• Remove trash from grounds and sweep walkways after grounds work is complete.
• Assist in snow and ice removal from parking lots.
• Demonstrates the ability to communicate in more than one language or the willingness to learn.
