Job Title: Office Manager

Reports To: Director of Operations

Hours: Full-Time Exempt, 40 hours/week, 12-month contract

Location: 5105 Brooklyn Blvd, Brooklyn Center, MN 55429

Salary Range: $50,000 - $65,000

Role Overview

The Office Manager ensures the smooth operation of school administration, manages communication with families, and supervises office staff. The role requires strong ethics, decision-making skills, and experience in a fast-paced environment, especially within diverse communities.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Oversee daily front office operations, maintain a clean and organized environment, manage supplies and equipment, and ensure proper record keeping.
  2. Assist families, students, and visitors; manage attendance, enrollment, and communication; administer first aid as needed.
  3. Support school leadership with administrative tasks, coordinate events, and manage staff schedules.
  4. Maintain compliance with data and health regulations, prepare reports, and support emergency and audit processes.
  5. Promote school culture, coordinate community engagement efforts, and facilitate translation services as needed.
Qualifications and Experience
  • 3-5 years in business or customer service, preferably in K-12 education.
  • Associates or Bachelors in Business Administration preferred.
  • Experience in policy development, office management, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite; bilingual in English and Hmong preferred.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and build positive relationships within a diverse community.
