Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set up service lines with proper serving utensils and garnish to enhance eye appeal.
• Serve customers quickly within a given time frame.
• Maintain precise Food Production Records for foods prepared or discarded.
• Assist in cleaning: wash pots/pans, sweep and mop, stock storage, and take out trash.
• Demonstrate sound safety and sanitation practices.
• Present a professional image by following hygiene and dress code guidelines.
• Work with minimal supervision and accept additional duties as needed by the manager.
• Grow through attendance at training classes and learning opportunities.
• Verify and document starting bank daily.
• Monitor overages/shortages and document mistakes.
• Participate in breakfast and lunch promotions initiated by Child Nutrition Office.
