Qualifications

• Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations.
• Working as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food using standardized recipes, accurate measurements, and correct food preparation techniques.
• Arrange food and beverage items for serving to students and staff efficiently and presentably.
• Serve correct portions using sanitation techniques and maintain holding temperatures.
• Clean utensils, equipment and areas to maintain sanitary conditions.
• Perform cashier duties for meal transactions and reconciling deposits.
• Prepare production records and documentation for meals prepared and served.
• Stock food, condiments, and supplies to maintain adequate quantities.
• Interact positively with students, faculty, administration and others.
• Foster a harmonious team environment by assisting coworkers with workloads.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Child Nutrition Manager.
• Perform other duties as requested.
