Job summary

Coventry Public Schools is seeking a Floating Registered Nurse (RN) to provide nursing coverage throughout the district, with a possible bus run assignment. The position is full-time, 6.5 hours per day, typically 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with potential for additional hours as district needs require.

The Floating RN must hold a RI Dept. of Health RN license, with preferred Bachelor degree and 3+ years of relevant experience in school health.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse in the RI Dept. of Health.
• Prior experience in school health or pediatric nursing is preferred.
• Ability to maintain student confidentiality and professional conduct.
