Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Related maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform general repairs (drywall, painting, doors, fixtures).
• Inspect equipment for repairs and troubleshoot issues.
• Plan repairs using blueprints or manuals.
• Routine building systems maintenance and facilities upkeep.
• Order supplies and materials for repairs.
• Maintain and repair HVAC systems and diagnose faults.
• Manage custodian timesheets and time-off requests.
• Additional duties as assigned.
