Perfection Group is hiring a dependable Custodian to help maintain a clean, safe, healthy, and welcoming educational facility. You’ll keep classrooms, offices, hallways, and common areas pristine, supporting students, staff, and visitors each day.

The position requires attention to detail, reliability, and professional communication with customers, coworkers, and leadership. A high school diploma and a valid driver’s license are expected, with background checks and pre-employment screenings

Qualifications

• Three+ years of custodial, commercial cleaning, educational, industrial, or facility-maintenance experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize classrooms, offices, halls, restrooms, cafeterias, gyms, and common areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and disinfect spaces.
• Empty trash and replace liners.
• Clean windows and frequently touched surfaces.
• Restock restroom and kitchen supplies.
• Perform floor care: buffing, stripping, waxing, burnishing, carpet cleaning.
• Set up and remove tables and chairs for events.
• Report maintenance, safety, or security concerns.
