Auxilio Inc is seeking a Custodian to maintain cleanliness and safety in school facilities in Norwood, OH. The role covers daily cleaning, minor maintenance, and securing the building after shifts.

Responsibilities include cleaning floors, fixtures, windows, and restrooms; trash removal; reporting major repairs; and upholding FERPA and safety protocols. Valid driver license and background check are required for applicants.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience with cleaning methods, materials and equipment preferred.
• Must be able to read basic operating instructions and work cooperatively.

Responsibilities

• Clean assigned areas daily including furniture, fixtures, walls, windows and floors.
• Keep building and premises neat and clean; manage trash and waste.
• Assist in minor repairs and report major issues to management.
• Close and secure building, turn off lights, and ensure safety.
• Inform management about supply needs and safety concerns.
