Job summary

St. Paul Academy and Summit School in Saint Paul, Minnesota, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform building repairs across our Goodrich and Randolph campuses.

Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you will handle plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, door hardware, set construction for events, and grounds support. Qualifications

• High school diploma required; AA/BA preferred.
• 3+ years in general building maintenance, construction, or related field.
• Experience in small engine repair is desirable.
• Experience in woodworking or carpentry.
• Ability to take initiative on assigned and unassigned work.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance projects at SPA's Goodrich and Randolph campuses.
• Work independently on building repairs and assist others with grounds and preventative maintenance.
• Assist with setting up furniture and equipment for events.
• Support maintenance during special events (plays, concerts, graduations).
• Assist with seasonal grounds activities (snow removal, mowing, trimming).
• Maintain a safe working environment and follow safety procedures.
