Job summary

Queen Creek Unified School District is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform maintenance and repairs across district facilities. You will handle systems such as water heaters, plumbing, fire alarms, intercoms, lighting and security, with duties including drywall and painting as needed.

The role requires a high school diploma, an AZ driver license, and the ability to pass background and fingerprint clearance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Arizona driver's license required.
• Must pass a background clearance.
• Must obtain an Arizona IVP Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Electrical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform planned maintenance and regular servicing on building systems and equipment (water heaters, plumbing, alarms, intercom, lighting, security).
• Perform general repairs to facilities including drywall, painting, and fixtures/equipment.
• Document and maintain accurate maintenance records.
