Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in custodial trade preferred.
• Knowledge of boilers/HVAC and fire alarm/sprinkler systems with training.
• Ability to perform physically demanding custodial duties.
• Medical health certificate to be appointed.
• Pass required trainings (OSHA) provided by employer.
• Familiarity with SchoolDude work order system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure routine cleanliness and maintenance for the building during shift.
• Perform cleaning and upkeep of floors, windows, walls, and fixtures.
• Operate and assist with building systems such as boilers and HVAC with training.
• Maintain safe, clean work areas and report hazards to supervisors.
• Work across campuses and adapt to varying school needs and schedules.
