• Proven experience in general trades, property maintenance, or handyman work.
• Basic, practical knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry systems.
• Ability to safely operate common hand tools, power tools, and lawn equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting abilities to diagnose building issues independently.
• Punctual, trustworthy, and able to work with minimal direct supervision.
• Must pass background check and have a valid driver's license.
