Responsibilities

• Receive work orders and complete tasks on routine or emergency basis.
• Record start/finish times and provide job-site comments as required.
• Perform plumbing repairs and installations including sinks, valves, water coolers, and drainage systems.
• Measure, cut, thread, and prepare piping for replacement or new installations.
• Carry out minor electrical, drywall, carpentry repairs as needed.
• Inspect buildings daily and report findings electronically or in writing.
