HES Facilities in Webster Groves, MO seeks a Facilities Maintenance Technician to perform plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and drywall repairs, and to manage routine and emergency work orders. You will inspect buildings, coordinate with vendors, and help maintain safe, efficient school facilities.

Responsibilities include recording work times, handling site comments, and supporting daily operations with minor repairs and inspections across buildings in our educational portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities maintenance with hands-on repair skills.
• Ability to perform plumbing, electrical, drywall and carpentry tasks.
• Ability to inspect buildings and coordinate with outside vendors.

Responsibilities

• Receive and complete work orders, on routine or emergency basis.
• Record times and provide site comments via phone or report.
• Perform plumbing repairs and installations (sinks, valves, water coolers).
• Measure and prepare piping for replacement or new installations.
• Perform minor electrical and carpentry repairs.
• Conduct daily building inspections and report findings.
