Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and basic repairs across multiple trades.
• Change light fixtures, repair leaking faucets, replace ceiling tiles, and assist with HVAC filter changes.
• Patch drywall, paint, and perform preventive maintenance inspections.
