Job summary

HES Facilities is seeking licensed plumbers for facilities maintenance work across educational campuses in the United States. The role covers plumbing repairs and installations, from sinks to water coolers, with the ability to perform minor electrical and carpentry tasks as needed.

Responsibilities include taking work orders, recording times and notes via mobile devices, and coordinating with outside vendors. A valid plumbers license and safety awareness are essential for this position.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Plumbers License.
• Experience repairing plumbing systems including sinks, toilets, valves, and water coolers.
• Ability to measure, cut, and thread piping for replacement.
• Willingness to perform minor electrical and carpentry tasks as needed.
• Familiarity with completing work orders and documenting work via mobile devices.

Responsibilities

• Receive electronic, verbal or written work orders and complete tasks.
• Perform plumbing repairs and installations for sinks, commodes, valves and water coolers.
• Measure, cut, thread, and prepare piping for installations or replacements.
• Record start/stop times and add comments in the mobile system.
• Oversee outside vendors and ensure materials are available for projects.
