• Examines school buildings for repairs and reports findings.
• Performs painting and redecorating tasks as scheduled; assists as a carpenter as assigned.
• Moves equipment within and between buildings; responds to emergencies to prevent disruption.
• Maintains confidentiality and follows district policies.
