Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires strong leadership and communication abilities to supervise custodial staff and coordinate with vendors.
• Must be detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple maintenance tasks.
• Experience leading operations or facilities teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversees maintenance, repair, and upkeep of the school facilities and grounds.
• Supervises custodial staff and participates in staff evaluations as needed.
• Plans and schedules maintenance and repair projects.
• Coordinates with outside contractors and technicians for various trades (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.).
• Maintains facility cleanliness at APPA 2.0 or better and reports deficiencies.
• Prepares work orders, inventories, and determines equipment needs.
