• Keep buildings and grounds neat and clean, including sidewalks and parking areas.
• Follow safety procedures and report unsafe conditions promptly.
• Assist with lunchroom setup, including arranging tables and chairs.
• Perform preventive maintenance and minor repairs as needed, and support events.
• Open/close the building and manage everyday operations with supervision.
