Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must have general maintenance skills such as electrical, plumbing and mechanical.
• Must be willing to sweep, mop or clean the building if needed.
• Satisfy district requirements for health and citizenship.
• Alternatives to the above qualifications may be accepted by the Board.

Responsibilities

• Unlock buildings, disable security, and turn on lights.
• Sweep entries and outdoor mats to remove debris.
• Replace burned out lights, including fixtures and ballast.
• Check HVAC for proper operation and report problems.
• Empty outside trash and maintain grounds.
• Assist in cafeteria and other duties as assigned.
