You will perform routine maintenance, assist with larger projects, and help ensure clean, orderly school facilities. Strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential; a high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance tasks (changing bulbs, filters, batteries).
• Conduct facility inspections and report safety hazards.
• Respond to and resolve minor maintenance requests promptly.
• Assist with larger maintenance projects as needed.
• Maintain grounds, light plumbing and electrical work.
• Some custodial tasks as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety protocols.
