Qualifications

• Previous experience in building and cleaning maintenance desirable.
• Ability to describe cleaning, maintenance or repair problems as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning and maintenance in school buildings and grounds.
• Check and secure building at the beginning and end of shift.
• Clean rooms, hallways, and restrooms according to standards.
• Perform grounds-keeping duties as required.

Skills

Ability to follow oral or written work orders

English fluency

Ability to work in poor weather conditions

Ability to use ladders and automatic lifts

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
