Responsibilities

• Exhibits competence in carpentry, plumbing, and maintenance tools and materials.
• Works from blueprints, plans, specifications, and sketches.
• Climbs ladders and scaffolding; works in awkward positions as needed.
• Inspects and tests piping after repairs or alterations.
• Repairs/installs equipment and utility systems as required.
• Maintains inventory of tools and materials for maintenance work.
• Performs other duties assigned by the District Maintenance Director.
