Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assign, review, and monitor maintenance work orders based on urgency and safety.
• Coordinate with Director of Facilities for daily department operations.
• Supervise and guide maintenance staff on work assignments and safety procedures.
• Coordinate with outside contractors and vendors for school projects and site visits.
• Attend project meetings and ensure closeout documentation is obtained and accurate.
