Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent is required or demonstrated equivalent experience.
• ISSACMI Advance Custodial Technician Certification or industry equivalent is desirable.

Aufgaben

• Coordinates the duties of custodial staff and performs cleaning tasks as assigned.
• Maintains all areas of the building and grounds for proper care and cleanliness.
• Orders cleaning supplies and maintains inventory of equipment.
• Operates building controls (heating, lighting, ventilation) and alarm systems; performs minor maintenance.
• Prepares facilities for sporting events and school activities; secures the building at night.
• Keeps timecards and trains new staff; assists with loading supplies when needed.
