Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; extensive custodial/facilities experience required.
• Five years in custodial services or facilities management, including three years in supervision.
• Experience in a K-12 district preferred.
• APPA/CMI/OSHA/EPA training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees district-wide custodial operations and staff performance.
• Develops cleaning standards, staffing models, and schedules; monitors overtime.
• Manages custodial budget, supplies, equipment, and vendor contracts.
• Ensures health, safety, and environmental compliance across facilities.
