Job summary

Qualifications

• Three years of custodian experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must pass background investigation and obtain Az. Dept. of Public Safety Fingerprint Clearance.
• Must have valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Keeps building and premises neat and clean.
• Regulates HVAC to maintain seasonal temperatures and energy efficiency.
• Supervises janitorial staff and coordinates daily tasks.
• Opens/closes buildings and ensures doors/windows are secured.
• Performs routine maintenance and reports major repairs.
• Maintains safety and cleanliness of corridors, restrooms, and classrooms.
• Reports damage to school property to Supervisor/Principal.
