Qualifications

• Communicate with the foreman about supply needs and building concerns.
• Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping and mopping.

Skills

Ability to read, write and speak Basic English and Spanish

Ability to work effectively with school administrators, students, staff, contractors, vendors and community

Physical ability to perform custodial work

History of strong work ethic

Ability to lead a custodial team

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

3-5 years of custodial experience
