Qualifications

• Current and valid driver’s license.
• Massachusetts Refrigeration Technician License is required.
• EPA 608 Universal Certification is required.
• 3–5 years of experience in commercial HVAC systems, equipment, and controls.
• Knowledge of Building Management Systems, specifically Zenergy, Stellar, and pneumatic controls.
• Highly preferred: Massachusetts Oil Burner Certificate, Massachusetts Sheet Metal Journeyman License, experience with steam/oil/gas heating systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment and related systems.
• Monitor, calibrate, and adjust air-handling systems as needed.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and replace HVAC/R equipment across facilities.
• Complete repairs and tasks as directed by the Director of Facilities or designee.
• Assist with building security, inspections, and other duties as required.
• Coordinate building repairs with Facilities leadership.
