Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in custodial, janitorial, or maintenance, preferably in childcare/school/healthcare.
• Knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Daily cleaning of classrooms, restrooms, common areas, and play spaces.
• Sanitize equipment and surfaces to prevent spread of germs.
• Assist with minor plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs.
• Perform preventative maintenance on building systems.
• Maintain outdoor areas including playgrounds and walkways.
• Manage outdoor waste and recycling; respond to maintenance requests promptly.
• Coordinate vendor work for external services and ensure compliance with standards.
