Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare school facilities for daily operations, ensuring safety and operability.
• Secure facilities and grounds for safety and minimize risk.
• Light cleaning of classrooms, offices, restrooms, halls, and common areas.
• Assist with setup for meetings, events, plays, and concerts.
• Respond to emergencies and address safety issues promptly.
• Maintain appropriate temperature and energy efficiency; manage lights and HVAC as needed.
• Perform snow/ice removal and outdoor maintenance.
• Keep custodial closets organized and report major repairs.
