Job summary

BRADLEY COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICT is seeking a custodian to perform cleaning and maintenance in school buildings and grounds under supervision of the Principal, Director of Facilities, and Business Manager. Must pass background check; custodial experience preferred but not required.

Cleans rooms, floors, windows, and assists with events and deliveries. The role requires ability to follow work orders, read/write/speak English fluently, and work in varying weather.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Background in building/cleaning maintenance desirable.
• TN license or ability to provide own transportation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure building safety and cleanliness at start/end of shift.
• Clean rooms, offices, restrooms and common areas to district standards.
• Move and arrange furniture/equipment for meetings and events.
• Receive deliveries and assist in stocking supplies.
• Follow safety rules and wear protective gear.
