Qualifications

• Working knowledge of door hardware

Responsibilities

• Installs, maintains and replaces doors and door jambs.
• Designs, fabricates and installs cabinets, countertops and bookshelves.
• Installs and repairs drywall.
• Performs concrete repair, including form and finishing work.
• Installs drop ceilings.
• Assists in fire code and Health Department inspections, including upgrades to facilities.
• Installs and repairs outdoor equipment.
• Performs preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Orders supplies for carpentry projects.
• Assists maintenance personnel as needed
• Fabricates and Installs aluminum flashing, soffits and siding.
• Repairs bleachers.
• Serves as substitute custodian as needed.
