CADY is seeking an Assistant School Experience Manager at its Innovation Center in Alpharetta, GA. The role leads a team of School Experience Representatives, driving strong school relationships and successful school events.

The Assistant School Experience Manager supports the School Experience Manager in leading and developing a team of School Experience Representatives. This role provides day-to-day leadership, coaching, and operational support while helping ensure strong school relationships, successful event execution, and consistent customer service. The Assistant Manager helps monitor team performance, remove barriers, reinforce expectations, and support escalations when needed.
This is a full-time position requiring a minimum of 40 hours per week. Work demands may extend beyond standard business hours during peak seasons or critical operational periods. Employees in this role are expected to maintain the flexibility needed to complete job responsibilities and support business needs.
