Maintain and reconcile financial records for assigned programs and activities.
Prepare journal and general ledger entries and financial statements for long- and short-term planning.
Assist with cash receipts daily postings and lead for accounts payable processing.
Plan, develop, and monitor related management information systems and train personnel.
Prepare monthly statements comparing budget allocations to actual expenditures.
Serve as backup for Payroll Clerk in absence.
Assist Internal Audit and Budget Office with analyses and audits.
Analyze revenues and expenditures and compare with other districts as assigned.
